Everything was modern, thoroughly enjoyed our wonderful stay. the staff were all polite and welcoming and provided excellent service. - the hotel was close enough to the Victorian/Edwardian ceilings with huge cornice, the river, which is pleasant, and Glasgow or even Edinburgh.

Really good services, nice and friendly people.
The receptionist was very kind and polite, he helped us with everything we wanted to know about location and about hotel. Very big and clean room. All was perfect.

It has perfect location, just off Bonkle House, the Victorian/Edwardian ceilings with huge cornice and the outward facade of the building, river, and Glasgow and Edinburgh. Overall the staff is outstandingly accommodating.

The room at Bonkle House was good-sized and nicely furnished. the beds were comfy. We enjoyed the nice views of the garden and stream nearby. the Victorian decor was charming. It was lovely to have tea/coffee and a lounge in the room.
