Really good services, nice and friendly people.
The receptionist was very kind and polite, he helped us with everything we wanted to know about location and about hotel. Very big and clean room. All was perfect.

It has perfect location, just off Bonkle House, the Victorian/Edwardian ceilings with huge cornice and the outward facade of the building, river, and Glasgow and Edinburgh. Overall the staff is outstandingly accommodating.

I enjoyed the large garden area, perfect for a relaxing evening. The room was spacious with a great multi-channel TV, a luxury I rarely get to experience.

The house is really nice and big, loved the garden in the back n there was a lil stream down the hill which was cute. Staff was nice too, raj helped me with the heating when i asked. Room was clean and tidy, and even tho it was on a busy road, i still managed to get some sleep!

Stayed at bonkle house for 2 nights in a triple room and was really surprised by how spacious it was. The price was very good, and the location was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and warm. Definitely a good value for the money!

We hit up Colville Park Golf Club and Fir Park Stadium, both just a quick drive away. The room was spacious and clean. The garden area was a nice touch too!
The shower pressure was quite poor, disappointing and something that could use improvement.
